I was so tired I thought I would sleep in, however woke with a headache and got up to take panadol. Thought I would wait in bed till it disappeared, fell asleep until the phone rang at 11am! New Zealand!
Partying up again without me… I wonder if that was the plan wait till I ,leave and then keep having my husband and children round for tea….beers…..Xbox sleepovers…..etc.
It was so good hearing everyone’s voices, it started to get really hard to talk, each one got worse and worse. By the time I hung up I was a mess! You guys have no idea the impact you all have on me, even now while writing this the keyboard has gone all blurry!
I appreciate all of you so much and value your friendship immensely. Thanks too for everything you have done to help my family out during this past 5 weeks. It has been invaluable.
Anyway… did the housework! Then went into town to do a couple of jobs about 3:30 and it was so busy. I went past a hair salon for dogs – amazingly it is quite common here to book your dogs in for their weekly treatments!
I managed to see 2 bridal parties and all the guests exit from one of the buildings within 15 minutes of each other while waiting for the bus. As most people live in really tiny apartments they tend to spend free time out. They meet in the centre of town or parks etc. This is why really busy at nights too. Town isn’t so busy on Sundays probably because 95% of things are shut! But then you see families all going to Museums, bike rides, parks etcQuiet night alone…. 5 nights to go!
