Dimanche le 7 fevrier

After the big night the girls didn’t appear until 10:30am – whew! Wasn’t looking forward to trying to get them up on Monday morning.
A day to rest and catch up – a bit of snow still lying around but it obviously stopped just after we saw it last night. The girls are still fascinated with Monopoly – French Towns and another family session saw the afternoon pass. We then watched the DVD we won last night.
It has been an amazing experience to spend so much time with the girls and Nev as a family. With not much pressure anywhere else…gardening, work, house maintenance and being pulled in all ways with lots to do it has certainly brought us even closer together and to have these amazing experiences together is invaluable. The girls really are at a perfect age for this and I hope we are creating many fond memories and laying down fantastic foundations for language learning and the empathy towards others and their beliefs and cultures.

Any news yet about your new class? And yes, it will be hilarious (not!) if you have to tell the school that your timetable has changed again! Lol. It sounds as if things are ticking along nicely. It's great that you're there together as a family.
