Well woke feeling much better and thinking a bit clearer. The Lycee was full on today and then straight down to the university for class. By the time I returned home at 5:00 I was shattered. Concentrating really hard all day in another language does give you a brain drain – an intellectual tiredness, if that makes sense.
Been thinking of Alex Primary and the beginning of the school year – wondering how it is all going? Remembering how busy those first few weeks are – not that other weeks aren’t but the rentrée is the beginning of the ‘hecticness’ for all that follows!
All my friends back to routine and their summer break over – except holiday on Friday!
The girls are keen to know how everything is going at school and what their new teachers are like and who is new / left etc… They have been full of questions.
